Hospital Area Homes For Sale

The Bell Park neighbourhood is also referred to as the Hospital area even though the Sudbury General Hospital has been closed for a number of years now. This area is centered on John and Paris Streets running north to Worthington Crescent, south to Science North at Ramsey Lake Road, west to Regent Street and eastward to Mcrea Island. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, with homes dating from the late 1800s to the 1940s. The neighborhood is named after William J. Bell, whose arts and crafts movement mansion is currently home to the Art Gallery of Sudbury. Bell Park is actually part of William J. Bell’s former estate land, which was donated to the city by the family in 1926 and is home to the finest beaches in Greater Sudbury. View available Hospital Area Homes For Sale below
